Rental Accommodation

Rental accommodation can include bedsits, assisted living, cottages, units and serviced apartments.
Rental accommodation may be available through local councils, Housing New Zealand, agencies such as Salvation
Army and Returned Services Association. There is a shortage of this type of housing in some regions. Rental
accommodation in a retirement village may offer units, communal amenities and care facilities on the same site.
