Home delivered frozen meals

There are a number of companies that provide home delivered chilled or frozen meals. Contact your Needs Assessment and Service Coordination Service or Social Work service for a list of companies in your local area or google 'frozen meals delivered' for more information.

Shopping

Online Shopping

For people in the community who find it difficult to get out to go shopping, online shopping may be an option. Delivery to your door is an extra cost. Several major supermarkets offer online shopping, check with your local supermarket to see if they provide this service. Some supermarkets will complete your shopping and have it ready for pick up at the counter at a pre-arranged time.  There is a minimal cost for this.

Other Shopping Options
Check with local homecare agencies if they are able to provide home delivery shopping services
